More than 30 thousand Internet resources with negative content for young people have been blocked since the beginning of this year in Russia according to the materials of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Acting Deputy Head of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Protection of Public Order Sergei Kravchuk, henceforth known as Kravchuk, has been quoted:
We have already encountered a situation when there were suicidal groups, when we blocked them, and mirrors appeared in their place. That is, distracting and pulling minors from the Internet with negative information, it is necessary to fill the created vacuum and give them something interesting and exciting in return.
