Yandex Launches New AI TVs With MiniLED and QLED Options

Yandex has introduced two new AI-powered smart TVs running on its YaOS X platform. The new models are designed to strengthen both the premium and budget categories of the company’s TV lineup.

The top-tier model, TV Station Pro, features a MiniLED screen and comes in 55″, 65″, and 75″ sizes. Prices range from 89,990 to 149,990 rubles.

The budget-friendly TV Station Basic uses a QLED panel and is available in 43″, 50″, 55″, and 65″ versions. It is priced between 34,990 and 69,990 rubles.

TV Station Pro Offers Smart Home Integration

TV Station Pro is the most advanced TV in the Yandex lineup to date. It uses artificial intelligence to optimize color in real time and offers an enhanced sound experience through two 30 W speakers and a 20 W subwoofer.

For the first time in the TV Station series, this model supports Zigbee, allowing it to act as a control hub for smart home devices. It is also compatible with Matter and Wi-Fi protocols, ensuring broad device support.

Users can display live video from cameras and view smart sensor data directly on the TV screen.

TV Station Basic Brings AI Features to a Lower Price Point

TV Station Basic includes many of the same smart features as the Pro model but uses a QLED display and more modest hardware. It still supports full smart home control and includes Yandex’s AI assistant.

The affordable pricing makes it a more accessible option for users who still want advanced features and ecosystem integration.

All TV Station Models Receive Major Software Update

Along with the hardware launch, Yandex announced a major update for all existing TV Station models.

Users can now control third-party apps such as IVI, VK Video, Wink, and RUTUBE using voice commands.

A new game assistant powered by Alice can analyze in-game context and offer helpful hints.

The update also introduces a “Night Session” mode. This adjusts brightness and color settings based on lighting conditions and smooths out loud sounds at night while keeping dialogue clear.

The recommendation system has also been improved. Alice now gives more accurate movie suggestions, even when users don’t have a specific title in mind.

Recent Moves by Yandex

This product launch follows Yandex’s earlier announcement of its new “Care” service. The service offers insurance options for users of its Taxi, Afisha, Market, and Delivery platforms.
