Organizations that have included an application form in the Yandex Business account or added a shopping cart to the site can now receive messages about orders and applications in Telegram.
To start receiving notifications in Telegram, you need to go to your personal account and find the section Application form → Settings → Notifications → To Telegram. Next, you need to specify a login, follow the link to the bot, and press /start.
