Yandex Launches LoveScript

Yandex has introduced a creative new service for Valentine’s Day, allowing users to craft digital valentines using code. The launch coincides with Computer Scientist Day, both celebrated on February 14.

The service uses a specially designed micro-language called LoveScript, making it possible for anyone to feel like a programmer while expressing their feelings. Users can access the tool at ya.ru/lovescript or through the Yandex main page and app.

Code Your Love with LoveScript

With LoveScript, users can create personalized valentines using simple code. The interface is beginner-friendly, encouraging even those without programming experience to participate. After designing their valentine, users can share it by logging in with their Yandex ID.

Tech Meets Romance

The launch highlights Yandex’s playful side, blending technology with a beloved holiday. Valentine’s Day and Computer Scientist Day rarely overlap in such a creative way, making this initiative stand out.

Meanwhile, Telegram also joined the Valentine’s Day celebrations this year by releasing nine limited-edition digital gifts, four of which can become unique collectibles.

Yandex’s LoveScript service offers a fun, tech-savvy twist to traditional Valentine’s Day messages, giving users a chance to say “I love you” in code.
